Phase Zero Co uses Shopify to provide portions of the technology and ecommerce infrastructure supporting the Services.
Purchases made from the Phase Zero Co store are transactions between you and Phase Zero Co, not between you and Shopify.
Shopify's involvement as an ecommerce technology provider does not make Shopify the seller of Phase Zero Co products.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information in connection with your access to and use of the Services in accordance with Shopify's applicable privacy practices.
