ShareEach approved Crew member gets a unique Phase Zero referral link, with an optional code for social and in-person sharing.

Get creditWhen someone visits through your Crew link, we track that referral for 30 days. If they place an eligible order during that window, the sale is credited to your Crew account. If they use another Crew member’s link later, the most recent Crew referral gets the credit.

Earn + advanceStart at 5% commission. As lifetime finalized referred merchandise sales grow, your Crew tier can raise your commission rate to 6.5%, 8%, and ultimately 10%.

Wear the workEvery $250 in finalized referred merchandise sales earns 1 Crew Shirt Credit, redeemable for one eligible Phase Zero shirt. Any progress beyond a milestone rolls toward the next one.
